KSI-1700 GYB SonarLocID® integrated keyboard

KSI-1700 GYB SonarLocID® integrated keyboard that addresses the difficult issue of workstation security associated with logging off unattended computers.

The KSI-1700 GYB SonarLocID® keyboard uses state-of- the-art integrated presence detection technology to identify that an authorized user is physically present and the workstation will remain active as long as the user is present. The workstation then securely shuts down when the user physically moves away. Distance and timing of the workstation logoff are adjustable. Upon an authorized user's physical return, Applicant's SonarLocID keyboard prompts the user to enter security information, such as user name, password, proximity badge, or fingerprint biometrics.

KSI-1700 GYB SonarLocID® keyboard detects the presence of a user who must then logon using proper security credentials and the workstation will remain active as long as the user is present, but will securely shut down when the user physically steps a few feet from the keyboard, with distance and timing adjustably set by software utility.
